Yes, you can renew your SumoPayroll account.


There are two possible renewal scenarios:


1. For Frozen Accounts (Accounts already frozen due to non-payment):

Follow these steps to reactivate your account:

  • Step 1: Log in to your SumoPayroll account.

  • Step 2: From the Billing Overview tab, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button next to the Upcoming/Pending Payment section.

  • Step 3: Select the Subscription Type (Monthly or Yearly).

    Note: If your company is already on a Yearly subscription, only the Yearly option will be available.

  • Step 4: Review the subscription details displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Step 5: Click the ‘Go To Payment’ button.

  • Step 6: Complete the payment using a Credit/Debit Card, UPI/QR Scan, or Net Banking.



2. For Upcoming / Pending Payments (Before Freeze):

Follow these steps to make the payment before your account gets frozen:

  • Step 1: Go to: Administration → Account Details

  • Step 2: From the Account Overview tab, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button next to the Upcoming/Pending Payment section.

  • Step 3: Select the Subscription Type (Monthly or Yearly).

    Note: If your company is already on a Yearly subscription, only the Yearly option will be available.

  • Step 4: Review the subscription details displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Step 5: Click the ‘Go To Payment’ button.

  • Step 6: Complete the payment using a Credit/Debit Card, UPI/QR Scan, or Net Banking.
