To add the Basic amount for employees, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the SumoPayroll with super admin access using the login credentials.
  2. Navigate to Employees->Employee Compensation->Manage Employee Compensation->Employee Name->Select Employee 
  3. Search for the desired employee for whom details need to be edited
  4. Click on Manage.
  5. Now, go to Allowances
  6. Modify Basic to adjust the Basic Amount.
  7. Adjust other allowances & deductions
  8. Click on Save.
  9. The Minimum Basic Amount is added for the selected employee.
