Sumopayroll provides three methods to invite users to the platform:
1. Invite via Individual Employee Profile
Navigate to HR Management > Employees > View Employees.
Select the desired employee.
Scroll to the User Information section.
Click Create/Link User.
In the Invite User popup, enter the email ID and select a role.
Click Send Invite.
This will send an invitation to the employee’s email. Once accepted, their employee profile is automatically linked to their user account.
2. Bulk User Invites
Go to HR Management > Employees > View Employees.
From the Actions dropdown, choose User Invite.
Select one or more employees.
Click Send Invite.
3. Invite via Users Menu
Go to Administration > Users.
Click Invite Employee.
Choose between the following options:
Employee Invite – Sends an invite and auto-links the user to an existing employee profile upon acceptance.
User Invite – Sends an invite to a user not currently linked to an employee. You can link this user later to any active employee.
Note: All invited users will receive an email with login instructions. They must accept the invite to activate their access.
