To import multiple employees at once, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to HR Management > Employees > Employee Import.

  2. Click on Import Employees.

  3. Download the sample Excel template provided.

  4. Fill in the employee details in the downloaded file and save it.

  5. Return to the import screen, choose the updated file, and click Import Employees.

  6. Map the employee fields in SumoPayroll with the corresponding Excel columns, then click Next.

  7. Review the imported data in each step and click Save to complete the import.

  8. A maximum of 100 employees can be imported in one Excel sheet

Tip: Ensure all mandatory fields in the Excel file are properly filled to avoid validation errors during import.
