To import employee attendance data into the system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Attendance > Attendance Import.

  2. Click on Import Attendance.

  3. Download the sample template and enter your attendance data in the same format.

  4. Select the appropriate Attendance Pay Period, choose your completed file, and click Import Attendance.

  5. On the mapping screen, align the Attendance Mapping Fields with the corresponding Excel Fields, then click Next.

  6. Review the mapped data and click Save.

  7. Once saved, the imported hours/days will be reflected in the Attendance Report.


Note: Ensure your file matches the format of the sample sheet to avoid upload errors.
