Note: Bonus can only be added when the payroll is in Draft status. 


  • Go to Payroll Summary

    • Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Summary

    • Select the desired Payroll Month

  • Select the Employee

    • Click the Edit (✏️) icon next to the employee you want to add a bonus for.

  • Add Bonus Allowance

    • In the Payroll popup, scroll to the Allowance section

    • Click on the “+” icon to add a new allowance

    • From the dropdown list, select “Bonus”

    • Press Enter after selecting

  • Save the Changes

    • Click the Save button to update the payroll with the bonus
