There are three methods available to record your time entries in the system:

  1. Manual Entry (Web Application)

  2. Web Entry (Live Clock In/Clock Out)

  3. Timeclock Mobile Application

1. Manual Entry via Web Application

To manually enter your time details:

  • Navigate to Time & Attendance > Timeclock > Manual Time Entry.

  • Fill in the required details and click ‘Save’ to submit your entry.

2. Web Entry (Real-time Clock In/Clock Out)

To log time through the web interface:

  • Step 1: Log in to the web application using your credentials.

  • Step 2: Click the Timeclock icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Tap “Clock IN” to automatically record your check-in time.

  • Step 3: When you're ready to log out, tap “Clock OUT”. The system will automatically capture your check-out time and approve your time entry for the day.

  • Step 4: To record break times, use the “Break IN” and “Break OUT” options during your shift.

3. Entry via the Timeclock Mobile Application

To record time through the mobile app:

  • Step 1: Launch the mobile app and log in using your credentials.

  • Step 2: On the dashboard, tap “IN” to clock in. Your check-in time and GPS location will be recorded automatically.

  • Step 3: Tap “OUT” to clock out. The system captures your check-out time along with your GPS coordinates and automatically approves the day’s time entry.


Note: Location tracking is only available via the mobile app when GPS is enabled on your device.
