There are 2 ways of entering the time details -

  1. Through web application
  2. Through Time clock Mobile application.


To create time entry through web application:

Go to Time&Attendance> Timeclock> New Timeclock 

Enter the details and click 'Save'


To create time entry through Timeclok app:

Step 1: Open the mobile app and login with your user account details.

Step 2: Tap on "IN" in the dashboard page and the employee's in time is captured automatically along with the location co-ordinates.

Step 3: When user taps on "OUT" the employee's out time is captured automatically along with the location co-ordinates and the time entry of the employee for the day will be approved.



Note: Employee can enter multiple "IN" and "OUT" for the day and the difference of time after each "OUT" time and next "IN" time is calculated as break hours. Work hours are calculated by the difference of last "OUT" time and first "IN" time minus the break hours.
