Yes, employees can submit their expenses directly through the Timeclock mobile app. Please ensure the app is installed on their mobile device.

Steps to submit an expense:

  1. Open the mobile app and tap on the menu icon in the top-left corner.

  2. From the menu, select "My Expenses".

  3. Tap on the "+ Add Expense" button.

  4. Choose the appropriate Expense Type and Date Incurred.

  5. Enter the amount and a description of the expense.

  6. Tap Save to submit the expense request.

The expense will be submitted for approval as per your company’s workflow.
