To rehire a terminated or resigned employee, follow these steps:
Go to HR Management > Employees > View Employees.
Locate and open the profile of the employee you want to rehire.
Navigate to the Terminate / Resign / Rehire accordion.
Click on the “Rehire” option.
Once selected, you’ll be guided through the necessary steps to update the rehire details and reactivate the employee profile.
Note: Ensure that any required rehire information (such as rejoining date or updated job details) is correctly entered before saving.
