To rehire a terminated or resigned employee, follow these steps:

  1. Go to HR Management > Employees > View Employees.

  2. Locate and open the profile of the employee you want to rehire.

  3. Navigate to the Terminate / Resign / Rehire accordion.

  4. Click on the “Rehire” option.

Once selected, you’ll be guided through the necessary steps to update the rehire details and reactivate the employee profile.

Note: Ensure that any required rehire information (such as rejoining date or updated job details) is correctly entered before saving.
