KYC = Know Your Customer. This is a way to identify who you are. Since we are a payroll services organization, we need to verify the identity of every company that signs up to run payroll with SumoPayroll.
To do some basic things like adding employees and getting started with the application, you don't need the KYC.
You need to submit KYC to proceed further or to run a payroll, if not your application usage will be limited to certain features only.
You need to submit any scanned copy of TAN / PAN / GST Certificate / Registration Certificate / Address Proof to get your account verified.
