To automatically approve employee Clock IN/Clock OUT entries, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Company Settings.

  2. Expand the Timeclock section.

  3. Enable the “Auto-Approve” option.

  4. Click Save to apply the configuration.

Once this setting is enabled, all employee Timeclock entries will be automatically approved, eliminating the need for manual review.

Note: Enable this option only if your organization’s attendance policy does not require managerial approval for time entries.
