Our R&D team, in collaboration with management, will review your request and determine its feasibility.
If approved, we will respond via email with an estimated timeline (usually up to 3 months) for delivery. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the customization.
If the request is not feasible, our support team will notify you of the denial via email.
