Any customization if required, the subscriber shall raise a ticket to the support team with the subject "Feature Request" available within the application under the support menu.
Our R&D team along with the management shall decide if we are implementing the requested feature.
If yes, then we shall reply to your request email specifying the timeline (usually 3 months max) and sometimes the additional costs can also apply. If not, our support team will reply to your email saying the request has been denied.
